We recently moved to a new web platform and your web account may not have transferred properly. Not to worry.
Look for the LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT choice under the MY ACCOUNT menu on the top of the page. (Do not select Create an Account as your account is already in our system.)
Select RESET MY PASSWORD and on the following page you will be prompted to enter your email address. Enter the email address you use for your NEMOP account. A verification code will be sent to that email address. Go to your email inbox and open the email you receive from New England Mail Order Pharmacy.
In that email will be a link to reset your password. Simply click on that link and when our web page opens, you will be prompted to enter a new password. That's it!
(If you see a message telling you your username can't be found (or similar) then you have two options: You can either select NEW PATIENT INFORMATION FORM to create a new online account or contact us and we'll set up a new login for you.)
