Happy Birthday! We hope this finds you well.

Watch for this email on your birthday as part of our efforts to keep your information updated in our records. Every year, on your birthday, we'll be sending you an email similar to the message below to remind you to help us update your records.

As your mail order pharmacy, NEMOP needs to stay up to date with your medical history, other medications you might be having filled close to home, or over-the-counter (OTC) items you use regularly.  This information helps us identify conflicting regimens and any potential drug interactions to ensure that your medications work as intended to improve and maintain your health.

It’s easy to update this information online; simply log in to your account at www.nemoprx.com and navigate to the MY ACCOUNT | MANAGE MY INFORMATION menu choice to edit the Allergies, Current Medications and Current Medical Conditions boxes as needed. If you have not yet used our website you will need to create an online account. To do so simply visit www.nemoprx.com and choose MY ACCOUNT | NEW PATIENT INFORMATION FORM to create an account (and update your information at the same time).

If you prefer, you can send your updates to us by mail at: NEMOP, PO Box 69, Middlebury, VT 05753, toll-free fax to (800) 926-8138, or contact us by email. If you have received multiple notifications for all your covered family members, simply update all members on one page and return to us.

Is Autofill for You?

Autofill is a new service at NEMOP that helps to simplify your life. How?

We will automatically refill recurring prescription (maintenance medications) that will need to be refilled multiple times over a period of time. This takes a bit of worry out of your life!

If you would like to join our autofill program simply login to your NEMOP account and choose AUTOFILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS under the MY ACCOUNT menu. Fill out the convenient form and we'll do the rest.

You'll need to provide the prescription name(s) or number(s) you'd like enrolled in the service and check a box that indicates you are aware that you will be responsible for medications shipped to you since they can't be returned.

It's that easy and best of all there is no additional charge to enroll in autofill.

We've made a number of changes to serve you better.


If you're an existing patient, welcome! All you need to do is login to your account and you're ready to go. New patients, that is if you've never visited NEMOP before will need to create an account. To do so choose My Account from the top menu and select New Patient Information Form. Simply fill in the blanks to establish your online account and, after we send you a verification email, you'll be able to login and refill your prescriptions. (If you're already in our system you do not need to create a new Patient Informaton Form.)

(We're sorry but NEMOP is only available to employees of companies that have contracted with us to provide a pharmacy benefit.)

Once you've established your account and logged into the site you can select My Account, then Manage My Information if you ever want or need to change your account information. This includes your email address, mailing address and other contact information, as well as add or delete family members or dependents.

You can also Transfer Prescriptions under My Account as well as Refill existing prescriptions.

What else is new?

New! Subscribe to this blog to keep up to date with changes on our service.

New! You'll automatically receive our email newsletter. (Don't worry - we don't like spam either so we won't be flooding your inbox. And you always have the opportunity to unsubscribe.)

New! Automatic Prescription Refills: On average, patients are five days late refilling maintenance medications. Simply let us know if you'd like us to add you to our auto-refill service and you'll never have to worry about running out of medication.
