As your mail order pharmacy, NEMOP needs to stay up to date with your medical history, other medications you might be having filled close to home, or over-the-counter (OTC) items you use regularly. This information helps us identify conflicting regimens and any potential drug interactions to ensure that your medications work as intended to improve and maintain your health.
It’s easy to update this information online; simply log in to your account at www.nemoprx.com and navigate to the MY ACCOUNT | MANAGE MY INFORMATION menu choice to edit the Allergies, Current Medications and Current Medical Conditions boxes as needed. If you have not yet used our website you will need to create an online account. To do so simply visit www.nemoprx.com and choose MY ACCOUNT | NEW PATIENT INFORMATION FORM to create an account (and update your information at the same time).
