If you're new to NEMOP you must first create an online account.

Simply look for the New Patient Information Form under the MY ACCOUNT menu at the top of this page. Fill out the New Patient Information Form to create a user account and provide your contact and medical information.

Please note: NEMOP is only available to employees of companies that have contracted with us to provide a pharmacy benefit.

Once your account has been verified, look for the LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT choice under the MY ACCOUNT menu on the top of the page. (Do not select Create an Account as your account is already in our system.)

Select RESET MY PASSWORD and on the following page you will be prompted to enter your email address. Enter the email address you use for your NEMOP account. A verification code will be sent to that email address. Go to your email inbox and open the email you receive from New England Mail Order Pharmacy.

In that email will be a link to reset your password. Simply click on that link and when our web page opens, you will be prompted to enter a new password. That's it!

Once you've reset your account you can login to the new site. Your initial username on the new site is your email address. (Again, if you're email address isn't found your account may not have been transferred to our new site or there may be another problem. Please contact us.
