All you need to do is login to your account and you're ready to go. If you're an existing NEMOP patient, you're already in our system and you simply need to retrieve or reset your password to login to our new site. (If you find you can't
login and you had an account on our old website please contact us and we will be happy to help - your account may not have transferred to our new site. In any event, if you need immediate assistance you can always call us at: 888.778.8667.)
Look for the LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT
choice under the MY ACCOUNT
menu on the top of the page. (Do not select Create an Account as your account is already in our system.)
Select RESET MY PASSWORD
and on the following page you will be prompted to enter your email address. Enter the email address you use for your NEMOP account. A verification code will be sent to that email address. Go to your email inbox and open the email you receive from New England Mail Order Pharmacy.
In that email will be a link to reset your password. Simply click on that link and when our web page opens, you will be prompted to enter a new password. That's it!
Once you've reset your account you can login to the new site. Your initial username on the new site is your email address. (Again, if you're email address isn't found your account may not have been transferred to our new site or there may be another problem. Please contact
